Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our Nairobi team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, handling online and phone inquiries, and developing strong relationships with our commercial clients; including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers in our showroom and online platforms with professionalism and product knowledge.

• Liaise with commercial clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate BBQ solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and bulk order requests.

• Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and sales pipelines.

• Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.

• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

• Participate in marketing promotions, expos, and client visits as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, equipment, or B2B environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication is a plus.

• A valid driving license is an added advantage.
