Role Overview<\/strong><\/h4>\n

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative<\/strong> to join our Nairobi team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging walk-in customers, handling online and phone inquiries, and developing strong relationships with our commercial clients;\u00a0including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and institutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  • \n

    Engage customers in our showroom and online platforms with professionalism and product knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Liaise with commercial clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate BBQ solutions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and bulk order requests.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Maintain accurate sales records, client information, and sales pipelines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Participate in marketing promotions, expos, and client visits as needed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n
      \n
    • \n

      Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, equipment, or B2B environments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Self-motivated and target-oriented.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      A valid driving license is an added advantage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
